What we do, counted honestly

We report what we can measure and we say what we cannot. We do not publish success rates or case outcomes, because every case is different and because the people in them are not statistics.

People who received integrated help, by service area
Legal consultations, court appearances, and mediations
Therapy sessions, by type: individual, couples and family, children
Home visits and prison visits
Hotline calls by region
Volunteer professionals trained and hours contributed
Human rights cases documented and policy submissions made

Independently audited

Our accounts are audited each year by an independent auditor. The audit is published alongside the annual report.

What we do not publish

Our limits, on purpose

No client stories

We do not publish the stories, photographs, or names of the people we work with. Their privacy matters more than our publicity.

No success rates

A court outcome is not a measure of a person's safety or healing. We report what we did, not a score.
